The Company was established in 1996 by late Ousmann Hassann and Alix Saint-Franc, engineer, as a corporation incorporated in the State of Delaware. The Corporation activities were commodity and coffee distribution. Now, the company focused in trading, transformation and production of organic food and other strategic products in the Caribbean and Africa.
During the winter of 2003, TWIDCORP owners, Mr. Ousmann Hassan, Mr. Alix Saint-Franc both native of third world nations have decided to re-activate operations. TWIDCORP's management has increased and maintained high level business contact with Governments and business leaders of many third world nations for large quantity of food planting, transformation, production and distribution of large quantity of healthy organic and natural food servicing low income families in the thrid world countries.
